How to complete the hybrid training.

1. Fill out the contact info in the previous page.

2. Pay the $74.99 sign-up fee.

3. Receive the online course by the end of the day.

4. While you complete the online course, we will schedule your skills session and verify the office address within 15 miles of your zip code.

5. Come to the scheduled appointment and receive a BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
